The medicinal blends are designed to be dense and concentrated, so it’s completely normal for them to have a firm consistency rather than a more liquid honey texture.
If you’d like to soften the texture, you can let customers know that they can place the jar in a bowl of hot water for a short time and it will gently loosen the honey and make it easier to scoop or stir.
