Shipping policy
Orders are fulfilled during normal shop hours, generally Wednesday-Friday. Shipping is fulfilled primarily through USPS + UPS, though you can choose whatever carrier you’d like when checking out. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, with some delays depending on stock availability. For any delays longer than 10 business days, you will receive an email notification. Orders can only be shipped to one shipping address, as entered. If you would like to have multiple shipping addresses, please place multiple orders. If you enter the incorrect spelling or address and your order cannot be delivered to you we can re-ship it at an additional fee once it is returned to us. If the order is not sent back to us and there was an error in your address there is nothing we can do.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Emails must be entered correctly to receive tracking information. Please double check all your information is correct before placing an order, we are not responsible for the lack of tracking number due to errors.
Once an order has shipped, please reach out to the postal service for any questions. We cannot locate a package once it has left the shop premises. If an order is lost, please reach out to the postal service to file a claim, Seagrape Apothecary is not responsible for shipments lost in transit, once you have the tracking number it is your responsibility to locate your items.
For international shipping, customers are responsible for customs and import duties. International shipping generally takes longer than US shipping, please reach out to the postal service with your tracking number for any delivery questions. PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID, international shipping can be unpredictable when travelling first class. Upgrade your shipping according the the carrier you’d like your package shipped with.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@seagrapeapothecary.com and we will work to replace damaged items or fix any other issues.
