Wholesale Policy

MINIMUMS
The minimum opening order for wholesale pricing is $350.00. Re-order minimums are $200.00. Prices and selections are based on availability of raw materials. Prices are subject to changes depending on market price and availability. 
Case quantities are 4 for all products. We will round your order to the nearest case quantity if it is not in quantities of 4.
SELECTION AND AVAILABILITY
To ensure freshness, we make all of our products in small batches. Due to the nature of our hand made products, color and dimensions may vary from batch to batch. Wholesale orders are produced when the order is placed. 
OUT OF STOCK
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your order and exclude the unavailable items. 
TESTER POLICY
Testers are available at cost for most of our products except soap, candles, and sets. Please let us know if you would like testers with your product by sending an email after placing your order. Please keep your testers fresh and your stock rotated! 
SHIPPING
Most orders ship UPS or USPS within 9-15 business days. You will be notified of a planned ship date and any backorders within 2 business days of placing your order. Shipping charges will be applied to your invoice.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time of your order. For your convenience, we can accept all major credit cards, checks and paypal. Payment by check must be received and processed prior to orders being shipped. Please let us know if you would like us to keep your credit card information on file for easy re-ordering.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. Opened products, bath or perfume oils are NON-returnable because of the volatility of the product. We cannot be assured of the purity upon return.
Credit or replacement product will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise and for products shipped to you in error. Please report damage or shipping errors within 5 days from receipt and ship damaged product back to us.
