Instead of trying to overcome the parts of ourselves we deem unlovable, we welcome them so that we can transform.

Letting Your Shadow In contains 18 shadow prompts, 18 mindfulness exercises, 9 insights, and 9 affirmations to help you explore your own shadow and begin to see how it influences your life and relationships.

This mug is perfect for helping you get your day started. Direct and to the point, it works especially well on Mondays. Each one is handmade, measuring approx 3.5"x4" and holds between 12-14 ounces.

This mug is made using porcelain clay and thrown on a potter's wheel. The decoration is added using cake decorating techniques: we make our clay into frosting and pipe it directly onto the piece using a pastry bag.
