03-01-2025 PNW Herbaceous Spring Medicines

Welcome Spring & the waking world by exploring some local green allies with healing, nutritive qualities to waken our own animal bodies from the winter. Come join in the circle and learn about stinging nettle, violets, and cleavers, and how these herbs of the spring can be used to support whole body health. 🌿

We will make an infused vinegar with these plants during class. (Please bring a jar. Vinegar and Herbs will be provided.)

Make sure to bring:

  • A jar
  • A pen and paper for note-taking
  • Whatever else you need to get comfy and sink into pleasure!

This gathering is Part 1 of a 4-Part seasonal series on plant magic hosted by Espen Artio!

We'll be gathering together at Seagrape Apothecary on March 1st from 5:30pm to 7:00pm PST.

Please arrive a little early to get settled in. For the sake of the container we're holding, and to minimize distractions, we'll be locking the doors 10 minutes after class starts. Please keep this in mind while making travel arrangements!
