Guiding Light: Clearing and Cleansing After Therapy

In therapy, we work with all sorts of energies; perhaps you're healing toxic patterns, learning to re-parent yourself, exploring your shadow self, or grieving a difficult loss. More often than not, when we enter a therapy session, our intention is to shed the stagnant energy that's accumulated in our body and spirit, and make room for new energy to come forward. When we leave a therapy session where we sunk deep into challenging emotions, we can sometimes leave feeling exhausted and depleted—which is why committing to a regular cleaning and clearing practice is vital to an effective therapy regimen.

In this video, we'll explore accessible cleansing practices to utilize after a therapy session, and spend some time discussing the importance of rest after energy work.
