08-06-2022 - Love Thyself: Plant Medicine for Sensual Incarnation

Our body can both be the conduit of the most profound pain and the most delicious ecstasy. In either of the extremes (and everything in between), the body is our teacher. When our full incarnation can be hard to muster at any moment in the distraction, stimulation and intensity of our times, plants can support us in coming back home.

In her class, Love Thyself: Plant Medicine for Sensual Incarnation, herbalist Rachel Budde will discuss a set of herbs which create pathways back to our sensual natures. She will be discussing the synergy between the body systems and the energetics and physical properties of botanicals. Rachel will also demonstrate two potions made from the plants covered in the class.

These potions are meant to be mediums of Self Love Magic. Rachel believes that practicing Loving Thyself is some of the most radical and world changing work we can do. In this class we will be making a Love Thyself Cordial (including a non-alcoholic option) as well as a Love Thyself body oil.
