12-14-2022 - Basking in Your Glow: Rituals from the Ancestral Hearth Fire
The winter dreamtime is upon us.
Come sit by the glowing embers of the virtual hearth fire as we give care to our bodies and journey into a space of reflection, celebration and deep intention. During this workshop, we will honor the depth of the sap in our bodies and lands we call home by journeying back and forward in time. We'll reflect on the last year—from last winter's dream to seed to flower to fruit as we harvest the lessons from it all. We'll weave connections between the experiences of modern times with those of our ancestors. We'll bring mythic meaning to what is before us and whisper prayers and intentions into the flames so that we may lay down our heads with trust that, come spring, our hands will know what to do.
The workshop will be a combination of reflective sharing, journaling, meditative journeying, and ancestral honoring. Please bring:
- A candle and something to light it
- A journal and pen
- A blanket and pillows to do some guided meditation in a way most comfortable to you!
This live, online workshop will be recorded. A replay will be available for 30 days sent out to all registered participants.
